Givit offers you the option of increasing your account storage space beyond 5 GB for a fee. By doing so, your account will be converted to a “Premium Account” as defined on the Givit website, and will not be subject to some of the restrictions placed on “Free Accounts” as described below. Pricing for a Premium Account will be in accordance with the subscription terms that you signed up for when subscribing to the Premium Account.
Givit accepts credit cards and will automatically charge your credit card monthly or yearly, depending upon which Premium Account subscription(s) (each a “Subscription”) you select. The storage space you acquire with each Subscription is additive, and a Premium Account holder may have one or more active Subscriptions at any time. The first time you purchase a Subscription, the storage included with that Subscription will be added to the 5 GB available with a Free Account. For example, if you purchase a 100 GB Subscription, your total available storage would be 105 GB during the term of the Subscription (monthly or yearly, as applicable). Subsequent to that, if you were to purchase a second 100 GB Subscription your total available storage would be 205 GB so long as both Subscriptions are fully paid and active.
If any fee is not paid in a timely manner, or Givit is unable to process your transaction using the credit card information provided, Givit may, without limiting its other available remedies, suspend or revoke access to your Givit account, including your files and content. If you do not bring your Givit balance current within five (5) days after Givit provides you with notification that your account is in arrears, Givit reserves the right to use our discretion to delete some or all of your files and content so as to reduce your storage space to below 5 GB, and to convert your Premium Account into a Free Account (which is subject to the restrictions described below).

If you purchase multiple Subscriptions for the same Premium Account and we are subsequently unable to process any given Subscription renewal using the credit card information provided, Givit reserves the right to suspend or revoke access to some or all of your Subscriptions and files and content. Referring back to the example used above (i.e., 5 GB free storage + 100 GB Subscription + 100 GB Subscription = 205 GB), if we are unable to renew one 100 GB Subscription Givit will “freeze” or delete some or all of your Files so as to reduce your storage space below 105 GB. If we are similarly unable to renew your other 100 GB Subscription we would freeze or delete some or all of your remaining Files so as to reduce your storage space below 5 GB, at which time your Premium Account would be converted to a Free Account (which is subject to the restrictions described below). Any files set to “freeze” or “frozen” status will remain in your account for a limited period but will be unavailable for sharing or viewing while you retain access to your Givit account. We reserve our right to subsequently delete any files set to frozen status if you fail to provide payment for one or more new Subscriptions with sufficient storage space to accommodate all of your Files.
If you want to use a different credit card or if there is a change in your credit card validity or expiration date, you may edit your information by accessing your “Account Overview” page. You must promptly notify us if your payment method is canceled or if you become aware of a potential breach of security, such as the unauthorized disclosure or use of your user name or password. If your credit card reaches its expiration date, your continued use of Givit constitutes your authorization for us to continue billing that credit card and you remain responsible for any uncollected amounts. It is your responsibility to keep your contact information and payment information current and updated.
Each Subscription will continue in effect unless and until you cancel your Subscription or we terminate it. You must cancel your Subscription before it renews each month or year in order to avoid billing of the next month’s or year’s fees to your credit card. Givit will bill the monthly or yearly fees associated with your Subscription plus any applicable tax to the credit card you provide to us during registration (or to a different credit card if you change your account information).
Givit Subscriptions are prepaid and are non-refundable. GIVIT DOES NOT PROVIDE REFUNDS OR CREDITS FOR ANY PARTIAL MONTHS OR YEARS. You may cancel your Subscription at anytime through your “Account” page, and your cancellation will be effective at the end of the applicable Subscription. Files you have uploaded to the Service will be accessible through the effective date of termination or cancelation, subject to the total storage limit available under your active Subscription(s) at the time of termination or cancellation, unless you purge those files from your account prior to the end of the applicable Subscription.
By signing up for a Givit Subscription and providing Givit with your payment account information, you hereby agree to these payment terms and conditions.
Givit allows you to store up to 5 GB free of charge. Givit reserves the right to offer additional free storage as part of promotional campaigns, which storage amounts may or may not be temporary in nature, and to terminate Free Accounts at any time, with or without notice. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, if a Free Account is inactive for ninety (90) days, then Givit may delete any or all of your Files without providing additional notice.
